How much does Kapow cost?

Kapow Primary pricing is based on your school size and the number of subjects you choose.
The more subjects you include, the better the value — making it easy to build a curriculum package
that works for your school.

Wellbeing is included free with every subscription, and schools that subscribe to all subjects
receive exclusive free access to our PE modules.

Schools subscribing to two or more subjects also benefit from access to
Kapow Assemblies — a high-quality whole-school resource designed to support key themes,
values and community across the year.

Can I add subjects at any time?

Yes — you can upgrade at any point during the year and add extra subjects whenever you need them,
while still benefiting from our multi-subject discount pricing.

New membership model launching 1 July 2026

From 1 July 2026, we will be moving to a new membership model with three purchase options:

• Subject membership
• Essentials membership
• Complete membership

Essentials and Complete memberships offer the best value across multiple subjects. They also include additional resources, such as assemblies and PE modules, as well as our newly updated RSE & PSHE scheme of work. Schools can continue to purchase individual subjects. However, if one of the new memberships offers better value, we will automatically move you to that option.

Tell me about renewals and cancellations

We keep things simple: Kapow subscriptions do not auto-renew.
Your subscription will expire at the end of your term unless you choose to renew.
