Pupils needing extra support
May need help to record their ideas about their favourite work during the Attention grabber; could be scribed or discussed during a chat with an adult rather than written; could group children strategically during the Main event so groups can support each other when organising their galleries.
Pupils working at greater depth
Should be encouraged to justify their choice of favourite work using art vocabulary; could be challenged to try out several options for their gallery displays; could write short descriptions of the artworks to showcase their knowledge of the making processes.
