Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support:
Should use the Activity: Story building: support version during the Main event; could give oral rather than written responses during the Main event with the option to record these using a video or audio recording device.
Pupils working at greater depth:
Should write their stories selecting vocabulary from memory; should embellish the story by using extra colours to describe the animals during the Main event; could incorporate conversational language they have learned previously into their oral performances (e.g. Hola – Hello, ¿Qué tal? – How are you? Bien/Muy bien/Fantástico, gracias – Well/ Very well/ Fantastic, thank you, Adiós – Goodbye).
