Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support
Should discuss the characters and how they would feel at each part of the story with the group or an adult; could use the Knowledge organiser to support their use and understanding of musical vocabulary.
Pupils working at greater depth
Should be the leader of their group, keeping their group focused on creating appropriate sounds for each part of the story; could create sounds changing from slow to fast or loud to soft to showcase a range of dynamics and tempo (as seen in slide 3, picture 5 of the Presentation: Red Riding Hood storyboard).
