Could focus on the story of the Good Samaritan if they are familiar with it from previous units; could use the Knowledge organiser to support them using vocabulary in their discussions.
Pupils working at greater depth:
Should make links between the parables; should consider how Jesus may have changed people’s ideas and the impact this may have had on society; should consider the moral of each parable or how it might represent a spiritual link to God; should suggest how parables could support people in the modern-day.
