Should use the word bank to help them understand unfamiliar words and identify people correctly; could use the Knowledge organiser to provide visual support with vocabulary and grammar; could, during the Wrapping up activity describing the person in their image, read the Spanish text in their head but speak in English to describe the person.
Pupils working at greater depth:
Should be encouraged to talk about the person they identified using in full sentences, using just the picture as a prompt rather than relying on the prompts on the slide.
