This Music resource is designed to support the pupils as they explore how music can be used to tell stories about Viking history and mythology. It introduces key vocabulary such as rhythm, pulse, dynamics, tempo, and texture, helping the pupils understand how musical elements create atmosphere and drama. The pupils will also learn about traditional instruments that may have been used during the Viking era and how rhythms and melodies reflect historical narratives.
