Adaptive teaching

Pupils needing extra support

Could use a writing slope, pencil grips and thicker pencils which are easier to control; could focus on building one or two colours.

Pupils working at greater depth

Should experiment with using a mixed media approach by including elements of collage; should use layering to build up colours rather than choosing just one, particularly to create a more sophisticated tone.
