Adaptive teaching

Pupils needing extra support:

Should use the Resource: Knowledge organiser: Gourmet tour of France for extra vocabulary support; could have some of the vocabulary from the Presentation: Kitchen detectives revealed prior to completing the Activity: Detective’s notebook.

Pupils working at greater depth:

Should verbally justify their choice of language detective skill for a range of unknown words; could use a French-English bilingual dictionary to explore additional vocabulary appropriate for the recipe.
