Support and challenge
Adults can use the opportunity to discuss and/or support with:
- Frequently pointing out and naming key features of a countryside and city setting.
- Pre-cutting shapes or offering assistance to make the activity more accessible.
- Setting up a simple role-play area to represent the city and countryside.
- Encouraging the children to act out the roles or activities they saw in the video or their pictures.
- Encouraging the children to add to their city and countryside scenes by drawing their own elements.
