Should revisit Lesson 1’s Presentation: Pitch to help pupils understand high and low pitch; could, before handing out instruments, guide the children through a group practice of making high and low sounds with their voices, clapping for low notes and finger snapping for high notes to reinforce the concept.

Pupils working at greater depth:

Should be challenged to use more than two notes in their patterns; could think about how different pitches can change the mood or character of their superhero.
