Adaptive teaching

Pupils needing extra support: should where necessary be given adult support with timing; could refine and repeat movements one and two as opposed to adding movements three and four to their sequence.

Pupils working at greater depth: should be encouraged to extend their arms; should gauge the size of steps required to remain balanced while performing; could lead the whole class in performing movement phrases.
