Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support:
Could use the Resource: Sentence stems for support when writing the explanation of their artwork; could record the explanation of their artwork using an audio recording or have it scribed; could use the internet to find images of artwork linked to their chosen theme for inspiration.
Pupils working at greater depth:
Could consider how any of the big questions overlap or contribute to another and reflect these links in their artwork; could suggest other symbols or words for action, spiritual and academic (during the Main event); could make links to specific previous learning and how it has influenced or changed their response to the big question they have chosen.
