Recognising the importance of looking after the world by listening to a religious story and building a habitat hotel or bird box.

Support and challenge

  • Provide the children with the Resource: A red robin and her chicks (support) with image prompts to refer to when listening to the story.
  • Challenge children to think about the specific needs of animals when building a habitat hotel or bird box and the best materials to use.
