Adaptive teaching

Pupils needing extra support

Could select the words that describe God in the story and cut and stick these in the middle of the boat outline on the Activity: Calming the storm; could listen to the story on the Presentation: Jesus calms the storm again as a promt.

Pupils working at greater depth

Should add the most important words that describe God’s qualities in the centre of the boat and words that do not describe God’s qualities outside of the boat; could write some ideas about how these qualities help God carry out his job.
