Could work with a partner to order the Resource: Creating laws; should watch the video using the link: BBC - The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), Allah and the Qur'an before the lesson as part of pre-teaching to help them identify keywords used during the activity describing Muhammad.

Pupils working at greater depth:

Could analyse and compare the Presentation: Creating laws to how laws might be created in other parts of the world; should consider how monarchs on and before this time were considered as God’s representatives on earth and how the order of the creation of laws differs to those of today.
