Pupils needing extra support

Could be given five of the issues from the Activity: Diamond nine: Councillor priorities and place one card on each layer of the diamond, from most to least important. 

Pupils working at greater depth

Could be challenged to look at the relationship between different services, for example: if libraries close, then there could be an impact on education; if parks are not maintained, there might be health problems.
