May benefit from having a rule suggested to them and can use the Activity: Why do we have rules? (support).
Pupils working at greater depth
Can be challenged to look at a rule from both home and school in the main activity and to explain whether they think the consequences of breaking the rules are fair or not, justifying their answers.
