Pupils needing extra support

Should focus on an individual who is familiar to them for the activity. They could perform their interview working with a partner and rehearse the questions and answers rather than writing them down.

Pupils working at greater depth

Should be able to consider how their chosen person feels about the contribution they have made to the community and why it is important. They can be challenged to research another individual independently, answering the same questions about their contribution.
