Adaptive teaching
Pupils needing extra support
Could label their bar chart using slide 13 of the bar chart; should use the Knowledge organiser to help them include the concept of friction in their conclusion.
Pupils working at greater depth
Could add the model bar data to their bar chart in order to make a direct comparison (the bars can be drawn over their data so that each bar looks like it has been divided into two sections); should include in their conclusion details of any results that did not fit the pattern (using the ‘washing line’ results to find anomalies).
