1. Recap and recall
Arrange the children into pairs and hand out copies of the Resource: Knowledge organiser: Shapes and colours (one between two).
Invite the children to quiz each other on the unit vocabulary using the Knowledge organiser. Take feedback and address any misconceptions or pronunciation difficulties.
Note - the children will need the Knowledge organiser to support the writing task in the Main event.
