Should watch the Pupil video: América del Sur (subtitles) from the beginning or follow the transcript on the Activity: América del Sur if watching the captions-only version in the Attention grabber; should use the Activity: América del Sur (support), which omits extra descriptive sentences and focuses on describing the locations during the Main Event.

Pupils working at greater depth:

Should use an atlas to locate additional geographical features of interest, translating them into Spanish using a bilingual dictionary before plotting them on their own map during the Main event; should write a sentence for each additional geographical feature they find describing where it is during the Main event; should ask and answer the questions in the Wrapping up using just their map as a prompt.
