Adaptive teaching

Pupils needing extra support

Should use the Activity: Jigsaw map (support) in the Main event, which includes complete questions and answers for selection; could listen to the audio of the location phrases in the Main event more than once to help them with their pronunciation.

Pupils working at greater depth

Should use an atlas to locate more Spanish cities, adding them to their map and describing their location for their partner to add; could use a Spanish-English bilingual dictionary to source additional geographical or positional vocabulary that could help describe the location.
