Caroline was a primary teacher for fourteen years in both state and public sectors, holding positions as a class teacher, SLT member, and governor. At Kapow Primary, Caroline stays current with educational research and collaborates with subject specialists to design progressive and engaging curriculums.

Caroline has three children and enjoys exploring the countryside with them in her free time, in a vain attempt to tire them out!
