Emma has been a primary teacher and assistant head teacher, leading English, Wellbeing, PSHE, and PE. She has taught from EYFS to Year 6 and worked in specialist settings. As a Specialist Leader of Education, she has supported curriculum design and development. Emma also served as the Primary Programme Lead on the Schools Direct Teacher Training Programme in North West England.

At Kapow Primary, Emma leads the French, Spanish, RSE, PSHE, and Wellbeing teams. She enjoys reading, sewing, and holidays.
