Josie works as a marketing executive and copywriter at Kapow Primary. She has had a varied career, spending three years teaching English in Portugal before working as a primary school teacher for eleven years. Josie then re-trained in marketing and was self-employed for a while before joining the Kapow Primary team.

Outside of work, Josie loves spending time with her daughter, husband, and their twin black cats, Ebony and Merlin. She enjoys getting stuck into home improvement and always has a house or garden project on the go!
